Haven't found anyone at Spartanburg Sheriffs that know anything about LEOSA qualifications for retired LEO's in the area. Entire telephone system seems to be down as well. Not sure how anything gets done with no telephones?
Greenville knows about it but won't do anyone not a resident of their county. |
