Wow, that is a lot of money for a lot with no home or anything...
According to zillion, if I read it right, it in 2019 the tax liability was 6300.00+... I'd hate too see what it was, once it had a house on it.... I'll just be poor down here in the sticks... |

Three acres can be had a few miles away for the same asking price. |

Those are the assessed values, not what it appraised or sold for.
Sales are..... 9/9/1996 - $224,776 7/25/2000 - $280,000 8/18/2020 - $60,000 (financed with a $48,000 construction loan) 9/28/2020 - $150,000 Murder-suicide house, destroyed by fire and torn down bout a year ago. |
