Fieldcraft survival does alot of training near Elizabeth. Instructors are top notch.

Depends what kind of training you want. I have not personally attended but here's a couple to look at

I would also checkout Able Shepherd. He is out of Centennial Gun Club. I met Jimmy Graham and he is a top notch professional with the credentials and experience to back his teachings. He is also a very nice guy.
