When I used to live in Casper, WY... we had this restaurant called "Sanford's"
They had a *HUGE* Burger menu and a *HUGE* Chicken sandwhich menu too. Something like 15 different kinds of burgers and 15 different kinds of chicken sandwhiches. All with different ingredients. Check out their menu below, as thats what I'm looking for here. https://www.thegrubandpub.com/food-menu If you ever head anywhere near Casper, WY... I highly recommend that joint. 10 years later, I still miss this place.  Is there any restaurants in AZ that has something like this? Preferably something that isn't a national/international chain as those tend to be quite disappointing and lame. ETA: This is intended for the Phoenix Metro area. Preferably west valley. |

AZ Chain : Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers
My personal favorite place is Paradise Valley burgers in Phoeinx (bell and 51). Its more of a quick bite type place and what i would call craft burgers. There are a bunch of good ones throughout the state though, outside of PHX area. https://bigseventravel.com/arizona-burgers/ |

In-State chains are OK.
Sanford's is a small Chain. Though, they used to have a lot more locations than just Casper, Cheyenne, and Dickinson, ND When I lived there. So now they only have 3 locations I think they lost some locations due to Covid. AZ Wilderness Brewery has some good burgers. I mostly eat the BBJ burger.

Miners Bar and Grill and Ice Cream in the old Ghost Field mining camp 3 miles Nor'east of Apache Junction on Hiway 88.
They cook burgers in the Old-style way like from the '50's served with fries. In my 22 years in AZ this is the best burger so far. Beer and Soda Pop available. Eat outside on clean tables, open and concealed is always welcome. A dandy motorsickle ride for certain. |

I clicked on this thread and 10 minutes later had an ad for Divine Bovine in Tucson show up.

Best burger I have ever had was at the Attic Alehouse on 40th? and Indian School.
Patio has a cool view of Camelback, Amazing craft beer variety as well. Owner is a cool guy. I dont live in phx anymore but I go there every chance I get. |
