In some ways I would have advocated this ruling if it were strictly rule of law type stuff and not a political hit job to reinforce the Rittenhouse situation.
"we let our guys go, we fuck your guys up....end of story" My main reason for being pleased with the ruling would have centered around the fact that anything that loosens the belt some on self defense is desirable from our standpoint. |

We train that OC is absolutely a deadly force threat. If the political sides had been switched, this site would be cheering right now. Good shoot IMO

This was likely a straight up murder, but how does anyone outside of the conspirators get proof that would stand up in court? |

Doloff puts hands on Ketlner first. Keltner smacks Doloff. Keltner has already backed away many feet by the time Doloff draws and shoots him. Pepper spray isn't raised and sprayed until after draw stroke is initiated. This is all clear in the photo sequence.
