Friends, be active!  Our recent experience in Vermont shows how it can be difficult, but make every effort now to protect the 2A.  Write or call your legislators repeatedly, attend rallies, volunteer to help any 2A rights group.  Ask if you can post notices in gun shops and at ranges.  In the latter case, make sure that complete and accurate descriptions of the bills are made available.  Some talk in shops near home was so erroneous that it was self defeating.  At gun shows, set up tables and register people to vote as well as provide information.  From experience, this is effective.
