Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Advice on finding a CDL driver for local and semi-local routes?

Would be for a company based in North Houston, running weekly routes to downtown Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and occasionally to Nashville / Atlanta / KC.

It would be mostly driving our 5 ton Dodge and Gooseneck/5th Wheel type trailer with construction materials to jobsites and back unloaded.

I've never had to hunt for one before but ours quit today for a better paying oilfield gig.

Have you put it on your company web site, all your company's social media and put ads on all the obvious places (Craigslist, etc) already?
