My good friend and member here ARTraffic had a massive heart attck Friday night. He's in the hospital and not doing well, still unconscious. I honestly don't know what else to say.
I know many of you have met him over the years so you deserve to know.

I'm gutted. :( We went to nearly every Syracuse Gunshow together for 20 years. We'd spend the weekends with him and his wife out on Oneida lake. They are my kid's Godparents. Its quite the shock still, he was only 54.

Met him several times at our ARFCOM cnyhtf dinner - we were supposed to do Field Day with ham radio last June but he had a stroke and was unable to - I was just about to reach out to him and see how he was doing - he lived across the lake from me.
Another good one gone from NY. Will send for address. |

Well he was doing better, its quite a shock to me, to everyone.
He was one of the best friends I've ever had, they are godparents to our kids etc. He kept trying to get me into ham radio, I just didn't have the patience for it. :( It was the last thing we ever talked about. |

Man, I still think about him every day. Accidentally start to text or email him. Every April we'd go out and spend a long weekend, go to the gun show, eat out, go to the zoo with the kids. He was a great guy, one of a kind. Someoneone who'd stick with you through thick and thin. It has been a terrible blow for his wife Shari. Nobody expected this, at such a young age. :(
