State AG's should issue a declaration that ANY federal mandate/ memo/ opinion/ruling that has not gone thru the proper legislation on a federal level is null and void. Any federal officer will be charged with violating the civil rights of the individual that they charge with a crime and misuse of power under the color of authority, unlawful detention and/or kidnapping, and any other crime that can be used against them.

Start holding them accountable for their actions.
