Was talking with a cousin today, and he said something about having to get 80%s at gunshops because of a new law.

I know there was a law/rule being floated about making 80% lowers require transfers through a FFL, but I thought that has been stalled indefinitely. I would have assumed I would have heard otherwise from here or elsewhere on the inter webs.

It was an interpretation set forth by the Attorney General. We sued him in court and currently have a preliminary injunction issued in our favor which precludes the enforcement of that interpretation.

Okay, thanks. I knew it wasnt being enforced because of something, glad to know it hasnt changed.
