The personal manufacture lawsuit was filed by FPC and the federal judge denied it. FPC finally filed the appeal, but there are ZERO details posted so far. I didn't run PACER but I will after a couple of weeks if FPC doesn't post it on their site.

Wasn't the law partially struck down by the district Judge in Lyon County after a lawsuit by Polymer80, but has been since been appealed to the NV Supreme Court where it will be heard this summer?

Is the FPC challenging a different aspect of the law?

Yes. Polymer 80 only cared about the portion of the law that applied to them. The law was still applicable for the manufacturing the actual gun and did not matter to Polymer 80. That is the state case and FPC filed a federal case instead.
