We don't know yet. We are waiting for clarification on who this applies to. It might just be the plaintiffs, it might be all of the 5th circuit jurisdiction, or it might me nationwide...
Hopefully will get clarification before the deadline. |

They are not asking for clarity, they are asking for the injunction to apply to everyone. The ruling is very short: “IT IS ORDERED that the appeal is EXPEDITED to the next available Oral Argument Calendar. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Appellants’ Opposed Motion For a Preliminary Injunction Pending Appeal is GRANTED as to the Plaintiffs in this case.” “GRANTED as to the Plaintiffs in this case.” Limits it to the plaintiffs currently. It is moot though as the ban is not yet in effect. So there is a week or more to get it expanded. |
