SAPA UPDATE: The Senate General Laws Committee voted to "do pass" HB 85 the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) by a vote of 5 yes to 2 no.
Bill Eigel
, Eric Burlison, Rick Brattin
, Holly Rehder and Elain Gannon, voted yes.
Lauren Arthor, and Greg Razer voted no.
The ball is now in Senate President Pro Tem Dave Schatz's hands.  He has to call the bill out of committee and put it on the Senate calendar.


Looks like we need to contact Dave Schatz
