Guy fires 168 rounds in the front yard in the burbs. Gets an appearance ticket. I dont care if it’s criminal intent, mental health, or stupidity. Clearly there’s a dangerous disconnect and he’s not right. https://13wham.com/news/local/police-presence-on-arcadia-parkway And he’s out walking around. Could this possibly lead to more problems? Are they doing him any favors by letting him free? Seriously. |

well in Dutchess county about 15years ago.. guy did a mag dumped 30 rounds out of an ak on the highway.. gun taken and just a fine.. so no surprise

Has to be a bailable offense, if it's not one of the listed laws that allows bail there's nothing anyone can do (with limited exceptions)
