Range meet-ups are often difficult to pull off due to people's work/family schedules and the fact that ranges be they public or private have limited hours. There is also the issue of people wanting to conserve ammo.
Since Buc-ee's seems to be popular among ARFCOM and locations are open 7/24/365 there's a better chance of accommodating more folks as well as being a fun, offbeat get-together that won't dig into anyone's ammo fort. |
