Once it gets a little warmer, I’d def be up for a meet/ greet/ shoot. Someone’s gotta host or find us an indoor range that has 10+lanes and allows rifle, machine guns, etc...
I came back here from KC Missouri and we had a dinner night out abt every 3 months or so, usually at BWW on Thursday nights. Occasionally we would add a movie too if a new movie was gun related. had several outdoor shoots with 50 plus people and a few indoor shoots with 35 ish people (crowded, but worked). The indoor range opened 2 hrs early and everyone paid 15.00each for the 2hrs. I know Covid ad Ammo prices would stop s few people but I’d love to get something semi regular going.... |

I think one of the problems is how a lot of us are really spread out throughout the state. It would be nice for a planned shoot and or a dinner.

There’s definitely big chunks in LR and NWA, but there’s a pretty decent population of us in NEA, north central and then the southern third of the state. |

Having just relocated to NWA, I am interested in meeting other like minded shooters too. THis lockdown hasn't made getting out and about easy, now there is this thing called winter....
Hope to see in the way of an outdoor meetup organized for spring. |

Anybody going to the Fieldcraft Survival training the weekend of January 23? He's doing a Pistol, Pistol Low Light and Carbine in Jonesboro. Bay actually. I'll be there for that. I also signed up for the Costa CET1 in Searcy in November. I'm looking for some long range/precision rifle training if you guys hear of anything. I don't mind driving a little ways (6 or so hours) if the class is quality. I'm down in the SW corner of the state.

Some more private ranges to consider.
There's the CASA range West of Little Rock, but it's pricey. Then there's the Cleburne County Shooting Club range near Heber Springs and the Mountain Valley Sportsmen Assoc. near Hot Springs. |
