Glad that you are OK.

I hope they total it. I had a lady T-Bone me right in the rear passenger side tire. I mean no body damage at ALL. Hell, I drove away. Took it in for inspection/ repair.

Shit never did spin right after that. Plus, 2 years later the whole rear end blew out. I can't help but believe that the collision had something to do with it.

Bottom line is that it will never be the same.

I dont have rental on my policy. The other guys insurance wouldnt do anything until they got the crash report. It took 4 days to get the report.

They did...after the crash report was ready. This happened on Saturday.

I was going to get one, but I dont have time to fuck around with those jackasses. I have 4 other autos to drive.

I was thrown out of an enterprise in canton for the same thing

They acted like i was crazy expecting my reserved rental to be there when it was promised

The said they are fixing it. Sending a check for $11k.......if any other repair cost come up they will pay that too.

When I asked him about diminished value he did an obama...uh,uh,uh, I will have to run that by my boss.

Sounds like this is going to take awhile. I've already contacted an appraiser that deals in diminished value.
