Tough loss Bulldogs. Yall will have a week to recover and throttle Troy before heading to LSU.
Happy for the Rebels!! |

Gameday is here. Hopefully the rain will stop by this evening.

You'd better hope it keeps raining - it will help yall slow down Troy's QB. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Whew just got home. Yeah it was a blowout but I'm not gonna celebrate too much. LSU is coming to town in a couple of weeks.

Just checked my Yeti from last game. Still has ice in it. That's probably all that was left in it. No doubt. He and PitbullWrestler are both Cola Warriors. Da Bears fans are sure talking smack about beating Bama. We'll see. |

Couldn't watch any more, turned off late 3rd quarter.
Defense was good up until then, is all I can say. |
|
Ole Miss did manage to hang in there, but Alabama finally wore them down.
|
|
Defense looked real good for the most part. We didn't execute on offense - I think it was a poorly called game by our offensive coaches. We should have taken the 3 field goals.
Hopefully we learned a lot! |
|
I'll give Ole Miss credit, next to maybe Texas A and M, that was the toughest game Bama had all year.
|
|
If you get a chance to kick a field goal when you're playing the number 1 team in the country........you kick the freaking field goal........ Not only for the freaking points.......when the home team stops you on 4th down.....that's a huge momentum changer. Gets the crowd even more into it. Fuck, I'm still hoarse......

Should change thread title to the lack of college football in Mississippi.

Hard to believe: 4 pages about an imaginary topic.
(Yeah. I attended Ole Miss briefly on an academic scholarship and still frequent Oxford because family lives there. And I graduated in engineering from State. Oh, and I have driven through Southern's campus lots of times.) |

Maybe one Mississippi team can win today. That goes without saying. Any food is welcome but we pretty much throw away and haul off food anyway at the end. Expecting a smaller crowd this time (based on teh number of extra tickets I have) so I'm not bringing a whole lot. |

Well hotty fuckin' toddy. Reckon Ole miss can pull it off? No Choke! What's that silly hand thing they do by putting their thumb to their fore head? Looks like what we used to do in grade school when someone farted. If you didn't do it you ate it. |
