I am thinking about listing my XD-E 9mm for the XD-E 45

pros and cons from the ones that have shot and carried both...should I do it?

FYI = all my other full size hand guns are 45 but 9mm in sub/compact

Keep the 9mm and add the 45 to your collection. Practicing with the 9mm will be cheaper than with the 45.

did as suggested - but rented one from the range as they got one in the other day...sticking with my 9mm

I was considering similar to you... what was your take on firing the XD-E 45 at the range in which you are now seemingly content with the 9mm?... I'm guessing for a CCW the 9mm holds a few more rounds...
