i've been on a buying binge the the past year when i see good prices. bought a HK45c last year and love it, its been my main CCW piece this winter.
the LGS has a USP 45c for $700 and since the mags are same-same i think i need this BUT i have a chance at another HK45c with extra mags for a bit more. just not sure if i need diversity of redundancy. i've read people think they shoot differently and the grips are certainly different. it seems like the UPS-c is a little less bulky, can anyone confirm that? gratuitous 45c pic... My USP in .45acp was for a long time my most accurate handgun. Still might be for all I know. Just wonderful guns, IMO.
I don't own anything in the HK series. |

I’ve had the USPc .45 and I absolutely regret not keeping it as they are hard to come buy.
Way better trigger on my USPc compared to my dads HK45ct. All of my USP’s have better triggers than the P30/HK45’s etc. |

Always love mine at the range, shoots great...I ended up with a DAO model.

I've owned several of each (USP45C and HK45C). Each has merits, but overall I prefer the USP-C for carry (especially if you like to carry Cocked and Locked).
I would buy the USP Compact since you already have a HK45C. As you say, no additional mags to buy but something different and (some would say) more robust. |

I've got both, and I think I'd prefer the USPct for carry, I carry the HK45c because its an LEM.
One day I might do the conversion on one of the USPc's, but for now I carry the HK45c. And I'm happy with it. I'd pick up the USP if I were you. |

the HK collection grows....i jumped on the USP C but have to wait to pick it up, city of tucson as a 21 day hold on used guns that go thru FFL's so they can do their magic.
it does feel like a smaller gun compared to the HK45c but not my much. |

RI has a 7 day wait (Cooling off period)  I think you'll be pretty happy with the USPc. Good luck. |

Good luck. ya tucson is run by mentally challenged democraps. it use to be 7 days, then 14, now 21...  i saw this 9mm version come up on AL today and would love to get it too but he's on crack at $1700, it does come with a threaded barrel and claims unfire but still... got the USP-c 45 out of jail a fee weeks back. shoots so close to the same as the hk45 but feels a bit different in the hand. just glad to be able to find these now. i always liked hk pistols but was too deep into glocks.
just need to find a USP-c in 9mm now.  Attached File |

Anyone know of anyplace that has 45c or USPc .45 magazines in stock currently?
I’ve been looking for a few more, but all the usual vendors have been OOS for awhile now. |
