I use a DeSantis that goes on with snaps that is pretty nice.

I carried my 1911 spares in a kydex OWB pouch covered by my T shirt for years. Never had much of a printing problem since they are so slim and my chest pushed past my beltline anyway. Now I run appendix and rely on the sidecar mag for my immediate load and a pocket mag or two for backups.

I have had really good luck with TT Gun Leather and have their single and double mag holders for 1911s, both OWB and the IWB versions and really like them and they have held up great in the probably 8+ years I have used them. TT Mag holders

Still use my El Paso Saddlery double mag pouch that I bought in 91' when home. (not much use last decade however)

Tucker Gunleather has a few double magazine carriers. Select from vertical or canted in various leather colors, plain or stamped. Their quality is excellent.
