I am installing a Legion rear adjustable sight on one of my M17 slides and would like to order the matching front. Before someone says it. I talked to two different people at Dawson and they could not tell me. They were telling to measure it. I get that but with an adjustable rear it really doesn’t matter, so I just want to start with the same factory front height or close to it without guessing. Thanks Chuck Pics when you get the rear sight mounted.

The non-legion X-5 should be the same, I'd think.
Wait one and I'll get you some numbers. Wait. where do you measure this from? freehand, I'm getting from .25 to .33 bottom of dovetail to top of metal fiber holder with a nice concentration around .28-.29. From the top of the slide, I'm in the .23-.25 range. |

Should be above the dovetail. .25 seems to be correct.
Soon as I receive them I’ll get them installed and let you guys know. Also I will post some pics. Going on this.....  Cp |
