[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Who makes the best and most reliable mag extensions for a 9mm M&P?

I know Taran Tactical makes some, and I already have some Arredondo extensions that have been flawless.

What else is on the market?

All opinions welcome, and any feedback is appreciated.

They certainly look like trash compared to the TT extensions, but have been working flawlessly.

Any more info or pictures?

I prefer Taylor Freelance, since they're a little more permanent in terms of install than TTI (not that I've had issues with the TTI pads coming loose). I primarily prefer them because I don't like Taran Butler

I just picked up a Cain arms +5 for a decent price on Ebay, and swapped out all my mag springs for +10% Wolff ones. So far, so good.

TTI fan here.

I see SLR Rifleworks makes Glock extended basepads. Probably M&P in the future.

I recently got to check out some from Floyd’s custom shop that seemed pretty nice. They are pretty new though.

I have had good luck with TT and TF, nothing but trouble with arredondo. And this was USPSA/3 gun for a while so I was rough on them.

Anybody know of anyone doing an extension that works with a 2.0c 15 round mag?

I had both Taran and Taylor's and sold the Taylors. The Tarans were just more streamlined and appealing to me. I have Taylor's on my colt style 9mm and they work well for the most part.

This is a Falkor Defense, but I'm not sure they support the M&P line anymore. I only have a couple, but overall they're decent. TT I guess would be the gold standard these days. Terribly expensive is the downside, but I think they had a coupon for 15% off last weekend.

Out of spec parts, crap QA/QC, poor construction/materials resulting in failures.

In all fairness, their old iPhone cases with the loop were great.
