TR Holsters. Got one for my P07, and I quite like it. Their belt hanger isn't very comfortable so I'd recommend picking up your preferred drop height Safariland UBL, but the holster itself is quite solid. The fact that it has an actual hood for the RMR instead of just a cutout is nice, though I never did actually get my RMR mounted.

20 minutes and some simple tools and the Safariland 6354DO for a G19 will work perfectly. If your interested I took pics as I modded this and can do a quick write up of the steps.

Get the Safariland RDS holster for the S&W M&P Core with the x300. My VP9 with Deltapoint & X300U drops right in with no modifications needed. Model number is : 6390RDS-2192. Will retain correctly for duty use.
