Three options. EFK, Jarvis, or the Tornado Tech threaded extension. I've had good luck with my EFK, so it's the one I recommend :D

Just bought a gently used 5.7 & it came with a EFK barrel. I already had a can for it, a Silencer Company Spectre.

The can came with 1/2x28 threads & the 5.7 is a 10x1, so an adapter IS needed. I ordered one off of GB last night. I also ordered a FN factory bbl as I wasn't terribly impressed with the EFK accuracy.
