It probably depends on what you want to have done.  I haven't used them yet, but Allegheny Arms is frequently recommended.  At some point I plan to have them do a frame safety conversion on one of my 92's.  Langdon Tactical is also the go-to for some things, especially trigger jobs and RDO milling.  I believe that Wilson Combat also does Beretta work.

I would go to either Langdon Tactical or Wilson Combat. Both of them have been working on Berettas for several years.

Full custom work either Allegheny arms or a guy that goes by “wal” on some forums.
