About any mag pouch designed for a single stack 1911 or 9 MM will work.   You might be able to get two mags in one pouch by putting one mag with the base up and the other standing bullets up.

If you don’t like the loose fit you can add foam to the pouch.   The old military style double mag pouch from Viet Nam era work pretty good if their in like new condition.   You can find used leather pouches like police used for 1911 or single stack 9 mm like the S&W 39.

Thanks! I also wondered if a luger pouch would work

I feel sure it could.  When the Illinois State Police first issued the S&W model 39 they used a cross draw flap holster.  There was a pouch under the holster flap for a spare mag.    Some knife and utility tool pouches fit the slim Ruger 22 magazines.

I bet a Ruger Mark IV would fit several of the old military flap holsters like those used for the Walther P-38, Luger or S&W 39.

I looked at knife belt holsters. problem is they are really popular with flashlight and knife nerds and its hard to find something without 40 flaps and loops
