Try Kt-Mech. You can get Safariland attachments and they have several designs.
They were super helpful making me a Shadow 2 with a TLR retention holster. |

Never used them before, but a quick search finds this:
https://www.redhilltactical.com/CZ-Competition-Holsters_p_14.html They seem to offer the Safariland ELS and QLS hole patterns as options (QLS would also correspond with all Safariland 3-hole holster mounts). |

HOWEVER, go over to Ben Stoeger online and get the Boss Hangar. Actually, This is a REALLY GOOD deal. Holster will run you min $60.....so for $39 more, you get a $60 hangar. Fo, and Fo now. |
