Ruger really could have executed a better design on the 57, the magazine release SUCKS, the original magazines have issues, the rear sight is a target sight (all black) the front sight is a combat Sight, it RUSTS!

What issue did the original magazines have? And how do I tell if I have original mags? I just got some in and they look identical to the ones that came with it.


Edit: Some quick googling. Apparently the feed angle on a fully loaded mag? I haven't bought any ammo for it yet so I'll have to check it when I finally get some. Interdasting.

Yeah, you’ll have trouble getting 20 rounds in without them sticking.
