Just got the P365XL with the Romeo on it today.  I can't make it to the range at the moment so I figured I'd adjust the dot.  The oddity that I came across was that the arrows that the Up and Right adjustments seemed to be backwards.  I needed to move it Right so I followed the R arrow and it was actually moving it left.  The same with the elevation.  So basically, in order to move it down and to the right, technically, I moved the dot up and left to get it down and right.

Anyone come across this?

I'm guessing that U/D L/R moves the point of impact?

This is your answer.  You turn the dial to move the POI, not to move the dot.

Uh oh...

We'll see how much I screwed up.  When I turned it on for the first time, it was in the extreme corner of the lens.

On my AR, that's how I zero'd my Aimpoint H1.  I moved it right above my front sight post.  That made it really close.  Adjusted from there.

You could cowitness and try from there.  Or you can return it to mechanical zero by counting the clicks and then putting it in the middle.
