Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Recover Tactical grip/panel screws - What size?

I bought these at a local shop for $5.00 but they didn't come with the screws/nuts.  They/Recover sell spares for $5.00 but that's a lot for a $0.39 screw.

1911 grips screws are .1500-50 UNS-2A and hardened.
They are not a 'standard' thread.
