I want to send in the 19x and G45 I recently picked up for RMR cuts, which of these three do yo guys think does the best work?

I've had 2 Glocks done by ATEI (for Delta Point Pro sights) Excellent work and fast turn around time.
(Take a look at the DPP, before you decide on an RDS). |

I’ve had one slide done by ATEI and one done by jagerwerks. Both great shops. However, I gave the vote to jagerwerks. My ATEi slide rmr cut was off center. The RMR sits further off one side of the slide. ATEI slide was done in September I believe. Jagerwerks slide was done in November.

Jagerwerks was fast, cheap, and good. Had my 19x done and would use them again for any slide work I wanted done.

The only company that has milled my slide is Agency. They do top notch work!

Is everyone using the $175 cut and coating options from Jagerwerks?

Jagerwerks has done all 3 of my 10mm guns, one rmr cut.
Just about the only place I'd send a slide for cuts anymore. |

Does pretty much every vendor for this include a fill plate for when the optic isn't mounted?

Normally I would have said Jagerwerks just based on what I've seen and read about them, but lately I've been looking at the Agency AOS cut.
Seems like it has the advantages of being able to mount different sights like an MOS glock, but without the disadvantages of the sight sitting as high on the slide as the MOS does. |

@Xhado I haven’t yet. I called ATEi when I was looking at having my CZ done. Nina answered the phone and I had questions on what height sights I needed to co-witness with the rmr cause the slide on a CZp10 c tactical is different than a Glock. Plus I was curious where the rmr cut goes due to the roll pin in the top of the slide. Wasn’t sure if I could keep my factory dovetail or need a new one.. She was talking to Doug in the background trying to relay questions and Doug kinda lost his cool with my questions. I know it’s trvial, but it pushed me to use Jagerwerks. As to my G19 being off center. I guess I’m just kinda stuck with it. Sucks tho cause it causes my iron sights be off in the window. Makes me sick but it’s my edc and not much can Be done now. I asked Jagerwerks about sending in an already coated slide and they told me the whole slid had to be recoated after milling.

+1 again for Primary Machine. They had an issue with my slide from the coater. Bruce (Hi Bruce!) was very upfront and made it right with me. The slide is beautiful and I can't wait to give her a good workout since it will be my new carry.
Also, I spoke to KAG works a few times and they were very polite and very welcoming of questions. I would not hesitate to send them my $$$. I didn't quite care for their designs though. |
