PSA had this pistol on sale.

Not familiar with the Springfield line

Is this a full size grip, not an officers grip....is this a good price? Made in USA?

a springfield basic under $500 plus shipping, FFL Fees etc may be a good deal

Good price and they are well made. But limited options to replace sights and the small grip safety and spur hammer can pinch while shooting. I had that issue with a Colt I used to own. Try looking for an RO or RO Elite.

This is a great price for the basic Springfield Armory Mil-Spec. While the standard G.I. grip safety and spur hammer combination could bite you, it may not and the RO and RO Elite will cost considerably more. These are great guns to use as is or as a base for custom builds. I'd say go for it as these will not get any cheaper. They shoot straight and are reliable.

Grabagun has them another $30-40 cheaper.

The current USA made Springfields are pretty good. Especially at that price.
