Some wear on it but good condition. Have box and papers.

Have you checked gunbroker competed auctions?  Also, I would describe that as perhapse good working order, but not good condition.  Seems to be used/carried condition.

2nd auction

Second auction says only 500 were made.  But, how collectible are they?  Who knows.  My guess is it's worth around 700-1000$ in that condition.  I didn't find any results on gunbroker.

There doesn't seem to be much of a collector interest in the older .380 Colts as there once was. No clue as to why, it seems like it "just is", IMO.

I thought I knew the Colt .380 line fairly well but had never heard of the "Lightning" model before. Blue Book doesn't even list it.

ETA: Looks like a Mustang LW in the pic, with the aluminum frame based on the color of it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong there.

I would then opine that it's the same value as a used Mustang LW with no additional collector value to it, IMO.
