Good old days. I remember getting all that grease off of many a gun from SOG
Mineral Spirits seemed to work the best. I am thinking carb cleaner would take it off pretty good also Give us a range report. I have seen those but wondered how they shoot. |

Pfft .... that thing is clean compared to some of the stuff I got in back in the day.
 The Enfields were probably the worst. |

Worst I ever saw was the Yugo SKS's back in the '90s. So bad that when I bought two of them I only cleaned one and left the other as is. They even slathered it thick on the wood. Took forever to get it out of the stock.
