007 prefers a shoulder holster in leather, but his are custom made.

The shoulder holsters most certainly look cool but wearing just a t-shirt 95% of the time I fear it wouldnt do me much good. I am determined to use this thing as my ccw after getting some rounds through it and confirming reliability. Appendix carry is my preferred method so I really want to find something to make it work for that.

I use a Bianchi Model 100 IWB holster, size 9 for carrying my PPK/S. Readily available with plenty of them listed Ebay and Amazon.

Depends how you want to carry. Personally I bought my Ft. Smith PPK/S to pocket carry, so I got a Galco PH204 horse hide pocket holster. I do want to pick up an OWB holster and mag pouch eventually. A gun like this, I prefer leather over kydex. A local company here offers holsters for PPK: https://www.winthropholsters.com/

I carry my PPK and PPK/S pistols in a Garrity Gunleather Silent Thunder AIWB. Works great for me!

I hardly ever carry mine but my wife picked me up a PPK/S holster from my preferred manufacturer a couple years ago. DM Bullard makes great holsters and you can order a Bodyguard from him that is for a PPK/S. We've got our company Christmas party tonight and I might just wear the PPK.
