It works. Balances well, conceals well. If you are using a red dot like I am planning to do, the added barrel length of the XL slide is pointless since the sight radius is irrelevant and the little bit of extra barrel length doesn't really add much of anything velocity wise. My slide is out getting cut for the RMRcc. My plan is to pair it with the new 365 Surefire light. With the XL grip I'll be able to carry 12+1 and 15rnd back up mags but I'm currently testing some extensions that would add +5 to give me 20rnd back up mags. This will be my summer EDC.

It works. I have the opposite. Short grip on xl frame. Good combo of concealment and I wanted it already milled for the dot

I called Sig earlier this week for something else and asked the same question. The rep said it was not a problem, you just have to use the alternate magazine base the 15 rounds mags came with.

I've swapped uppers / lowers on my
365 and XL (with RDS), they've run fine in multiple configurations |

Yes it will work, you just won't be able to use the 10 round mags.

As the others have said, it works and it provides for a really nice grip. Took all of 15 seconds to pop out the pin and switch it to the other frame. I always carried with the 12rd mag anyway cause it was too large for me to pocket carry, and it gives ever so slightly a better feel to the grip.

aside: Does anyone else think their sights are dim? The difference between my 320 is significant. I love the size just wish they weee brighter.
