It would seem The SIG legacy series P22"X" are slowly being orphaned in the the realm of newer designed holster choices, Safari Land is the only maker that still has an extensive lineup to choose from for the ultimate shooting machine . Black Hawk still makes the controversial Serpa and that Omnivore thing but omitted the SIG P22"X" from the newer much improved "T" series. Alien Gear is no different. It's all Glock, P320 and or M&P today.
Looks like my Glock will have to be the primary with any new improved kit. I guess I'm showing my age.

Try and find holsters for 3rd gen S&W pistols, can't find them either. |

Try US Duty Gear for an SLS style retention holster. Well made holsters, and looks like they support the P226.

One of the reasons I switched over to the 320 from my 226. Was going to carry my 229EE with a light and get it milled, but the options for duty holsters were slim to none.

Here's my monthly reminder that SIG refers to these as the "Classic Series", not the P22X or P-series
Anyways. When sales and organizational use of a handgun declines you'll find fewer options still being made, and you won't see new styles of holsters being made. Glocks, P320s, and M&Ps are the most popular pistols on the market at this point, have been for a few years, and probably the most issued LE pistols. If you need a retention holster, Safariland 9 times out of 10. |

I broke down and got a Safariland® 7354 7TS..... for my sig....
the guy had a coupon and plus some others..it was down to about 100 bucks... it was worth it. |

For OP: after using both Safariland and US Duty Gear, I've switched to USDG. If they have something that fits your firearm and retention needs, give them a try. |
