Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Original HS2000 parts compatibility

I have an Intrac Arms HS2000 that I bought in the year 2000. I know the parts for the original Springfield XD 9 were compatible, but do they still make an XD with compatible parts? I've always wanted a threaded barrel, and after thousands of rounds there are some internal components I should probably replace one of these years.

@rapitrone,. I believe parts are 100% compatible but the other member I notified has both and can confirm. As far as I know, the molded grip texture and slide finish are the only differences between the HS2000 and current XD models.
