Can't find much when searching here.
I have ordered a Nomad frame to my dealer. I found a locking block and have that ordered. I plan to use my gen 3 brownells built top half with the little half moon gen 3 to 4 slide gap filler. So, will any of my gen 3 compact polymer 80 frame parts work for this or do I have to get all new lower parts? Any help would be great. |

Since I am asking, can anyone verify that the correct locking block is part number GLSP07894?
Doing more research, it looks like I can use my gen 3 frame parts except the trigger housing and ejector. I just happen to have a few gen 4 trigger housings with ejector. |

I already have 2 gen 3 window RMR complete slide assemblies from brownells. |

The mag release is Gen 4. Don't forget to pick one of these up if you haven't already.

A couple things I'd like to see from Nomad.
One is a straight/flat backstrap option. One that gives the frame more of a square butt rather than the round butt of the current inserts. The other thing is a G19X/G45 frame. Also with the flat backstrap option. |

The locking block worked.
Finished it and test fired the other day. Really like the feel with the Nomad aluminum magwell and back strap. Happy with my purchase.  Attached File Attached File |
