I just picked up a Staccato C2 with stainless threaded barrel, optics ready pistol.
Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but optic place for 507cx and holster are on their way.
I have smaller hands (medium gloves) and although not large, the grip is definitely thick.
I've seen images of grip reductions, and I've done many myself, but any of y'all have images of ones you may have?

You might want to head on over to 1911addicts.com. There's a member there (Elusive) that does really nice work on Staccato grips with a really fast turnaround.

I have an Elusive grip on mine and it's great work. I didn't get max reduction, I have big hands, but even the little he did made a difference.
