I recently bought a Compact-Small grip module and two 9-round mags for my .45 ACP P320, to make it easier to tote. And to just play with some parts.
I swapped the new parts under the original Gen1 FCU and full-length slide and barrel. Full-Small grip module and 10-round mags shown for comparison. Full blog post here....45 P320 Full/Compact Hybrid Here's some pics...

Nicely done. One imagines all the Glock fanboys who wish for a G17 length slide on a G19 sized frame often view pictures such as these and weep. And that brings me joy

Went shooting today to test everything.
The 18 lb Wolff spring on the Gray Guns full-length recoil spring guide likes Winchester White Box, 230 gr hardball. Ejection was positive. No out of battery failures. No failures to feed, function, fire, or lock back. Cases landed about 6 feet out, at 4 o'clock. Good times. Best, JBR |

I installed a new factory flat trigger last night.
A few minutes with a YouTube video and a pair of needlenose pliers, and I was installed. Easy peasy. Instagram pics of flat trigger installed. Best, JBR |
