I’ve got the stock rubber grips on my 22/45. Thinking about upgrading. What’s good? Pics welcome.

I got mine from Stoner CNC and am very happy with them. High quality, shipped quickly, and lots of different pattern choices. No affiliation with them.

I have two pair from Stoner. I saw LOK GRIPS are making them also. Their grips were always excellent.

I think I want more of a target grip.Attachment Attached File

I like the look of this one from Hogue but they don’t fit the 22/45, just the Luger looking MarkIV. I’m thinking the thumb rest would be helpful.

I ended up with the Hogue grips for the 22/45 and added the Tandemkross ledge safety.  It's expensive, but it makes a pretty nice thumb rest.

I have a 22/45 Tactical and was looking at the Hogue grips, but read they need a lot of work to fit. So I went with the VZs, and they don’t fit at all. There are no cutouts for the safety and slide lock. Maybe they sent me the Mk3 grips?

My wife's 22/45.  There are some cool looking ones to be found out there.  These obviously aren't the most functional ones to be had.

+1 for Stoner CNC (top). Some Hogues on the bottom.

Anyone make thicker grips for the Mk IV 22/45? I like the thickness of standard VZ 1911 grips. The stock Mk IV grips are too thin.
I modified a spare set of VZ's but they look like shit.

@-Obesessed-
Hope you don’t mind I quoted you from another thread.
I think those are Hogue grips on your Scorpion. How do you like them compared to the factory grips.

Sorry just seeing this. I really like the grips, in fact I bought a matching grip for my 22/45. Much better than the stock grips. They make a similar one for the MK IV / VQ BM that has a honeycomb texture.

I ordered an olive drab Hogue from eBay for $25, like the one obsessed showed above. I was looking at one from Tandemcross and IMed a member that showed a pic in another thread. He said they were ok but felt “sticky”. They were more $$$ than Hogue.
