I'm debating between a Maddmacs and Pac-Lite barrel for a MkIII 22/45

Who has both and what do you recommend?
Reliability is my 1st requirement. My target barrel runs all the 22 ammo I throw at it  
I'll probably use this for steel challenge and don't want to deal with jams.
I've held Pac-Lites before and was impressed.

No plans for a suppressor but a red dot might be added down the road.

It looks like the Pac-Lite is a couple ounces lighter comparing 4.5" barrels. Does the Maddmacs have a thicker steel barrel?

There’s a few threads stating mad macs takes 6+ months to fill an order.
