Pick your favorite one, and stick the gun in it. Use a hair dryer to heat just the part over the safety where there is interference. You can use a towel or hot pad to cover the area you dont want to heat. When it starts to get soft, it will pull away from the safety. Use the same towel to press it back down to mold over the safety. Not rocket surgery.

Found one at Gander Outdoors.
Mission First Tactical Kydex holster fit the Sig Sauer P320 M17 and had a little groove that fit the manual safety perfectly. Plus got 5% off for discount for military.
