Currently carry a 442 in a nice leather owb, strongside. Usually drop it in pants pocket or jacket, sans holster when I'm not carrying.

Looking to better expand my options to pocket and appendix carry. Seperate holsters would be fine. What do you guys use?

Remora seems to be out of business. Sticky and DeSantis seem like reasonable options.

Not sure where to begin with appendix carry. AIWB would work if I don't need to change my pants size. Is AOWB an option, or does that entirely defeat the purpose? I'm fit/hwp if that matters.

I occasionally carry a J Frame or SP101 AIWB in a Suede IWB metal clip holster. Mines a vintage one but Bianchi makes a similar option.

Bianchi "Professional", it works well for both 4 o'clock and appendix carry IMHO.

I really like my JM Custom Kydex AIWB holster with DCC Monoblock for my 642 and 640.  Highly recommend.

For pocket carry I really like the Galco horse hide pocket holster. It will mold itself to the contour of your pocket and make it very comfortable and secure.

For pocket carry ( my favorite mode to be honest) I use A Holster yes AHolster is the company name- pocket kydex, which holds the gun well, stays in the pocket on the draw and is very thin and bonus under 50 bucks. They have more of a traditional pouch style and also another model that is sort of skeletonized leaving the cylinder uncovered.

Another great option in leather is simply rugged force option thin leather and it has a sewn in tiny pocket to accommodate a speed strip
A similar holster in nylon is made by the wilderness, but it much bulkier

Blackhawk has been the best pocket holster for me.

I use a leather suede holster for pocket carry. No clue who made it, but it's lasted for over 25 years.  It's profile is sort of an "L" shape.

I don't appendix carry, so I cannot help you there.

I’ve been carrying this 642 and holster combo for 15 years.  Super easy to appendix carry with this holster because it rides so low on the belt line.  I got the holster many years ago from a retired officer.  I think Desantis still makes a similar holster.

I still can’t believe people will put a gun in their pocket without a holster.

For pocket, buy a DeSantis Nemesis. For appendix, I use a holster that @goodmedicine made for me but I don’t think he is making them anymore.

Vedder pocket locker (get the curve & thumb tab options)  or the Galco Horsehide pocket holster would be my choice.

For pocket (and ankle) there's nothing better than Kramer Horsehide.

Pocket for me.  Picked up the holster on eBay 20 years ago, haven’t seen one like it since.

I just clip grip.

Works for belted pants and basketball shorts.

Plus, I got a gut so it hides better apendix than 4 oclock.
