I was out at the range with my M&P 2.0 equipt with Trijicon HD night sights. They are about one year old. Sadly after about 25 rounds the orange inset broke and fell out. The tritium vial is fine but the orange insert is gone.
 I will be in touch with Trijicon tomorrow to see what they have to say. Has anyone else had anything like this happen? |

My Beretta 92 Brig Tac did the same. I hope it doesn't become a "thing" because I have a lot of these sights on my weapons.

Had it happen once on one of three heavily used guns.
They replaced it for me no problem. Haven't an issue since |

I dont even see how that apart can fall out... isn't that just a phospho painted circle that is sealed over?

Update: spoke to Trijicon. They sent me a replacement front sight.

I use the same setup on my 1.0 and 2.0. Good so far.
Has not happended with all the Trijicon sights I have. I did have the insert fall out of a newly (3 months) installed set of sights from Glock. They fixed it right up. Stuff happens. |

I've heard of the tritium vial falling out once. Never the glow ring though. Trijicon will take care of you.

I had the same thing happen on my XDm 45 edc. Trijicon replaced it no problem! Haven't had a problem since.
