My RO Elite Target has been flawless so far. About 200 rounds through it.

Mine has not been extremely tight. Trigger is decent. I'm figuring on 500 round before making any changes, if necessary.

What makes it elite? The fiber optic front and ambi safety? I've had a couple of RO's and they were great guns.

My two Mil Spec pistols are among my favorites. One was lightly customized by John Harrison, and the other will probably go off to Evolution Armory for some serious life changing work.

I'll never get rid of my NM numbered Mil-Spec.
It's tighter than the RO's I own, and they're pretty well fitted. |

Excellent !!! Nice pistol.
If I may offer a suggestion, checker the front strap 25 LPI and a “tactical” dehorn of the edges. Done right, you’ll never see it but feel it every time you pickup the gun. My $.02 Enjoy your new pistol. |

I sent 100 rounds downrange of Winchester white box with one failure to go into battery at around the halfway point. The round seemed to be a bit out of spec.
Minor sight adjustment was required. Good times...
