Have you checked Safariland? Their website holster picker sucks a big one, but can try calling or emailing them.
I have the 7378RDS for a G45/508T/X300V and it is awesome |

The bigger question is retention. If you want retention, then yeah Safariland
Otherwise there are lots of other custom options |

@M4Real KT Mech does a level 2 style called the Duty KT Akela, says they can do weapon light with RDS. https://kt-mech.com/im_menu_ad.html
