I’m picking up a beat up USP45 in a couple days, got it for a deal, so it’s the perfect starting point for a build I’ve had in mind for years. Here’s what the plan is:
USP45 RMR cut for a Holosun 507C X2 Streamlight TLR7A (direct mount, no GG&G adapter) Threaded barrel with a Griffin Armament Cam-Lok What I cannot find is a good Kydex duty holster for it. All the usual suspects don’t make one. I was really hoping Safariland and the like, being so big, would come thru but no such luck. I’d love to find a low-ride holster for a 2 inch belt (Haley Strategic) something that will serve me well for range time. Preferable with a bale that is push-to-release spring loaded, or some other quick release system. What I don’t want is an OWB or a drop leg. Any suggestions on where to look? |

Your best bet is finding an alternative Safariland model that will fit it as well or can be modded to.

I *THINK* I saw that they had an offering for them. Seems like of the few models they have that they make for HK, it’s only for the VP9 |

Blackhawk Omnivore should do the trick, but it's not as elegant as a bespoke kydex holster.
Craft Holsters should be able to make one, they recently greenlit one for me for a Mk23 with an X300, RMR, and suppressor. If they can make THAT, they can make anything if you just ask first. |

Try KTMECH holsters. They have a bad website layout, but are responsive by email. They are willing to do custom work for things like this. Just have to give him them the details.

My full-size HK45 fits in a P30L Holster and an M&P holster (Safariland ALS Holsters)
The HK45 has a skinnier slide than the USP |

The gun shows here have guy that makes custom Kydex holsters. Lots of people carrying in their guns with lights and dots for custom holsters.

I would find one that I like and is a close match. Then a heat gun is your friend. Pretty simple and doesn’t take long.

Contact KT MECH. They've made oddball customs for me (for example ... USP45 Elite 6" barrel with GG&G WML adapter / TRL-1 and suppressor height sights .... WITH an ALS type hood system).
